Casa Novalia Leather Brings Comfort Seating to New Heights

Casa Novalia Leather, which launched a comprehensive line of Italian leather upholstery last Fall, brings fresh seating styles to the April 2005 International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, N.C. Excitement this market comes not only from the introduction of new frames, but also from the addition of Alcantara®, authentic Italian mircrofiber. Alcantara is unmatched in its soft, supple hand and stain-resistant, durable properties. Twenty colors are available from the core neutrals and basics to fashion colors that give a WOW factor to any room in the home. Casa Novalia Leather also has added new on-trend colors to its original selection of 50 leathers, giving more options than ever to mix the color and styles today’s consumers demand.

Tissimo is the contemporary design answer to the traditional chaise. It features a removable padded headrest, available in matching or contrasting leather. The undulating flat shape is topped with a tightly quilted padded center, which is available with contrast stitching to further accent the sleek surface of the base.

Sensuality springs forth in shapely curves of the Cortina sectional. Shown in a soft tan shade of Alcantara with varying pillow combinations, Cortina offers a lot of room but maintains an intimate feel. The oval ottoman on casters fits perfectly, almost nestling into the sofa, further emphasizing the cozy feel. The low-profile combined with understated legs leaves Cortina seemingly floating on air.

Marbella, the second sectional debuting, also has a low-profile, however metal legs peek out beneath to give a hint of excitement. This more tailored, chic look is softened a bit by a gently curved arm. It’s metropolitan yet comfortably inviting and can change its personality with the change of fabric or leather.
